Giulio Magagni
Born in Minerbio (province of Bologna) on 18 November 1956, Giulio Magagni is an engineer. Since 2003, he has been the chairman of Iccrea Holding, BCC Emiliabanca and the BCC Emilia-Romagna Federation. Giulio Magagni is also the chairman of BCC Solutions, an Iccrea Holding service-company. He sits on the National Board and Executive Committee of BCC-CR (Federcasse) National Federations.Furthermore, Giulio Magagni is a member of the National Board of Confcooperative and that of Emilia-Romagna. He is part of the Executive Committee of the Italian Banking Association (ABI) and sits on the Board of Cattolica Assicurazioni and ICBPI – the Istituto Centrale delle Banche Popolari Italiane.

Francesco Carri

Francesco Carri was born in Grosseto on August 27, 1954. Graduated in Economics at the University of Siena. Licensed public accountant, partner at the professional associated accounting firm Carri- Falzone- Leone, with headquarters in Grosseto. Francesco Carri has been professor of Business Economics at the University of Siena. He is also Grosseto court expert consultant. Domenico Cavallo
Born in Grumento Nova (PZ) on 04/01/1938, widower with two children. After graduating with a first-class degree in law at the University of Naples (1960) and certified in Pisa to teach economics and law (1965) he was hired at the Bank of Italy with a scholarship (1962). His career at the Bank of Italy includes: 25 years in “credit and finance surveillance” (deeds and inspections) 10 years in “organization and strategic planning” (in a role of responsibility) 5 years in “real-estate” (as general manager). Retired since December 2002, he now holds some positions (such as Chairman) in national credit facilities..

Giuseppe Maino
Born in Carugate in 1952, he graduated in Civil Engineering, specializing in Transport, Industrial Installations section. After accumulating a range of professional experience in the mechanical design sector and industrial consulting for numerous companies, in 1985 together with two partners he set up Comes Italia srl, acting as Chairman. In 2000, when Comes became part of the Delachaux Group, Giuseppe Maino assumed the role of General Manager and Managing Director. In 2007 he joined the Board of Directors of Conductix Wamplfer in the Delachaux Group. His involvement in the Cooperative Bank of Carugate began in 1981 with nomination as a member of the Board of Auditors and in 1984 he became a member of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee. In 1993 he was elected as Assistant Chairman of the Board of Directors, a responsibility that he held until 28 April 2002 when he was elected Chairman of the Cooperative Bank of Carugate. In 2003 he accepted two positions: membership of the Board of Directors of the Lombardy Federation of the Cooperative Banks, and membership of the Board of Directors of Iccrea Holding. In 2005 he was nominated Chairman of BCC Vita SpA, and again in 2005 he became Chairman of Agecasse Lombarda. In 2010 he was also elected as Chairman of BCC Assicurazioni, the risks insurance company of the cooperative banks. On 26 September 2012 he was elected Chairman of BCC Retail, the cooperative banks services company dedicated to the retail market.

Franco Ferrarini
Born in Verona in 1953, he graduated in Economics and Business and has been listed in the Register of Professional Accountants since 1980. Since 2006 he has been Chairman of "FPartners - Association of Professionals" with offices in Verona and Affi, and a partner in the "Einaudi Law Firm" with office in Affi (Verona). Since May 2007 he has been President of Benaco Banca S.c.a.r.l. He also holds the following positions: Board member of SEF-National school for training and consulting of Credito Cooperativo with office in Rome; Board and Executive Committee member of the Federazione Veneta of Credito Cooperativo banks since January 2010; Board member of Infracis Srl - a motorway investment company - since December 2008; Vice President of Associazione Dexperti, promoters of cultural and economic exchange between Italy and Germany, with offices in Verona and Munich.

Paolo Iacci
Born in Milan in 1955, Paolo Iacci has a philosophy degree and holds a master’s decree in Journalism and Psychology of the Organisation. He started his career at Gepi and subsequently worked at Italtel to then become the Personnel Manager at Reader’s Digest. He was subsequently Resource Development manager at the Nuovo Banco Ambrosiano Veneto and then covered various positions at Banca Intesa. As personnel manager, he contributed to the establishment of Intesa Sistemi e Servizi. Later he moved to the Pride Group where he was Human Resources and Organisation Manager first and General Co-director and Vice Chairman later. At the same time he was a board member in many public and private companies, including the Bocconi University in Milan, and was professor of Corporate Organisation at the Pavia University until 2009. He is the Chairman of BCC Credito Consumo and also the Central Director and Human Resources and Organisation Manager at Iccrea Holding.

Enrico Falcone
Born in Scurcola Marsicana in the province of l’Aquila in 1949. He graduated in Economic and actuarial statistic science, with license to practice as actuary attained at the “La Sapienza” University in Rome. After a short self-employment period, he worked entirely for Italian Cooperative Credit institutes: at a Rural and Artisanal Savings Bank in the Abruzzo region for eleven years, then at the training centre of the Coopeld company for four years; finally at the Cooperative Credit Bank in Rome for twenty one years, ten of the last few years as General Manager. He has chaired the Board of Directors of Banca Sviluppo Spa since 2005. In 2011 he became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Consortia Service Centre of Back Office Ce.Se.Coop s.a.r.l. c. of the Cooperative Credit Banks associated to the Federation of Lazio, Umbria and Sardinia.
